Wish to share one of them with you. Now I am gonna disclose one of my son’s favorite dish “Arisi Adai”. Its one of the south Indian toasty snack which uses raw rice, lopped coconut(optional), and salt for flavoring. Take 4/3 cup raw rice, mix in ½ cup uraddal and soak it in cool water for 20 to 25 minutes to make batter. The batter need not to be left for fermentation. You can make adai even after a minute of making batter. Sauté mustard and cumin with pinch of dal and curry leaves. Add onion next to chilly and cook until the raw smell get off. Adjoin lopped coconut and cashew nuts. Mix the cooked fillings with batter and toast it like dosa. Now the adai is get ready to serve. A healthy adai is made within half an hour. Please try it in your home and enjoy the delicacy.
