Goat Leg  -2

Chopped onion- 4

Chopped tomato-3

Turmeric powder 1 table spoon

Coriander powder -1 table spoon

Lemon juice – 1 table spoon

Chilly powder- 2 table spoon

Oil and salt as per taste

Chilly flakes/ green chilly- 4

Cumin seeds- 1 tablespoon

Pattai- 2

Bay leaf-2

Clove -2

Ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoon

Grated coconut- 1 cup

Corinder and curry mint leaves- as required

Method to prepare;

Clean goat leg with hot water…. Pressure cook the goat leg with 4 cups of waterfor 1 whistle…. Add turmeric powder to it….. after 1 whistle let it cook for 1 hour….

Heat oil in a pan sauté ginger garlic paste…

Add chpped onion tomato,green chillie chilly flakes coriander leaves, curry leaves and sauté it to golden brown…add cloves and all other spices and fry it….

Grind grated coconut to a thick paste now add coriander powder chilly powder

turmeric powder and add little salt… combine well until oil comes to surface add the goat leg and stir well… let it boil in high flame….. add lemonjuice and coconut paste chopped coriander mint curry leaves and have one just boil and serve it with hot dosa idly idiappam
