Panneer Butter Masala- Mouth Watering Receipe
Paneer butter masala is one of my favourite recipe…. I Used to prepare this delicious dish as a combination for hot chapathis, parottas and etc
Panneer– ¼ kilo
Tomato – 4
Garlic – 6 chopped pieces
Ginger – 1 piece
Chilly powder- 2 tablespoon
Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon
Butter – as required
Clove( lavamgam) – 2
Cardamom( alaekai) -2
brinji leaf (pattai )-2
cinnamon (soembu)- 1 tablespoon
salt and coriander leaves- as required
Method to Prepare
Chop panneer to small pieces. Chop onion and tomato to fine pieces. Grind garlic ginger chilly powder coriander powder and all spices to a fine thick paste. Add butter in a hot pan and sauté onion along with salt so that onion gets cooked fast. Then add tomato and grinded paste to it..
Add water and salt as required and allow it to boil for few minutes until it comes to gravy type..
Then sprinkle coriander leaves to it.. serve it with hot poori, chappathi, non, parotta..
